THE STEPS

Before we start the process you will be asked to pay a reservation fee or holding deposit.  You will lose this if you change your mind and decide not to take the property.  If we discover that you have given false information this could also result in the loss of your reservation fee or holding deposit.

If you are not in full time employment you will require a guarantor.  Alternatively you can pay your rent in advances of 6 to 12 months.
